Exams

A wide range of exams may be performed by your doctor depending on the injury. In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

Physical examination will be thorough and inclusive but not limited to:

• Inspection
• Neurovascular and Orthopedic Examination
• Active Range of Motion
• Measurement and Assessment of Imbalances
• Static and Motion Palpation
• Manual Muscle Testing
• Instability Testing
• Tests of related Anatomic and Biomechanical regions
• Additional Examinations may include:
  • Radiologic examination
  • Blood testing and advanced imaging ordered
